| We are located half way between Chichester and Midhurst on the A286, in the South Downs village of Singleton, providing easy access to Goodwood just 1 mile away. Local attractions include Uppark and Petworth House and the many Downland walks and pubs. The historic cathedral city of Chichester offers the Festival Theatre, shopping, sailing at Chichester harbour and the ancient coastal village of Bosham. The market towns of Petworth and Haslemere are half an hour's drive and Midhurst (polo at Cowdray Park) is just 15 minutes away. Singleton village has the Weald & Downland Museum within 10 minutes walk and the next village of West Dean has the West Dean College and Arboretum Gardens. Bignor, Fishbourne and Porchester Roman sites are all within easy reach. Goodwood is just 1 mile away, for horse racing (Glorious Goodwood), motor racing (Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival), flying (Goodwood Aerodrome) and golf at the Goodwood golf course. The award-winning sandy beaches of West Wittering are half an hour's drive away. |

For bookings during the three major Goodwood events (Festival of Speed, Glorious Goodwood and Goodwood Revival) the double room rate is £55/pp per night, or for a single occupancy £95 per night. A minimum two night stay is required during July. |

| Please note: We are unable to cater for pets. We operate a no-smoking policy in both the annex and the outside spaces of the garden and property. Maximum occupancy is two people (space for baby cot by arrangement). Room occupancy times are between 16.00 and 10.00 on the day of departure. We provide a continental style self serve breakfast to your room. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within two weeks (at the standard rate) or one month (for the major Goodwood events) of the booking date are regrettably not subject to a refund.
