2. How To Order

To order, simply click "Buy Me" and your chosen product will be added to your shopping basket. You can then return to the website to add further items to your basket or continue on to checkout. You can also view and amend the contents of your shopping basket at any time by clicking "View Basket" on the green menu bar at the top of the page.
At checkout, you can change the country if you would like us to send your order to a country other than UK. The contents of your basket will displayed, along with quantities selected and a total price including delivery charge and VAT. To proceed with your order, simply fill in your card-holder's address and, if required, a different delivery address, followed by your credit or debit card details. We accept most major credit and debit cards.

3. Prices and Product Information

Prices are in pounds sterling. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production processes will allow, and that the descriptions are accurate. Slight variations in colour, size and product specifications may occur. Many items are hand-made with natural variations in finish.

4. Delivery

Delivery prices for UK orders are as follows:
Up to 2kg - £4.95
2kg to 6kg - £6.95
6kg to 10kg - £10.95
Over 10kg - £16.95
We aim to despatch goods within two working days of receiving cleared funds. Please allow up to seven working days for delivery. Extra charges may apply for large, heavy or non-UK orders, in which case you will be informed when placing your order.

5. Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel your order, for any reason, up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our products are designed and manufactured with great care and affection and we hope you will be pleased with them. However, if for any reason you are not, please return them unused and in the original packaging within 28 days and we will refund or exchange them for you. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrect or faulty items, so please attach the correct postage. We cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, so please obtain a certificate of posting as proof of postage (statutory rights not affected).
