All UK deliveries are with Royal Mail with online tracking.
UK Delivery is a flat rate of £4.95. Please allow 3-5 working days for standard delivery.
There is a charge of £8.95 for next working day delivery. If you require next delivery we will need to receive your order by 2pm. Any orders placed for next day delivery after 2pm, will be delivered within 2 working days.
We deliver internationally. Postage will be calculated at checkout.
Buyers with delivery addresses outside of the UK are responsible for their own import taxes and duties.

Our packaging is as planet-friendly as possible using paper and card, and we encourage you to recycle or reuse the cardboard box your order arrives in.

We deliver worldwide, simply select your destination country on the checkout page and your shipping costs will be calculated. Please note that any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Sorbet Living photographs all our products and seasonal campaigns and we work hard to showcase each piece perfectly for our customers both in imagery and our detailed descriptions. However do bear in mind that many of our items are handmade and may have small variations to the examples on the website.

Where there are specific care instructions, we include these in the product description. General advice for our tableware and porcelain pieces is to hand wash in warm water using our Eco Soap Flakes for a gentle clean that will protect the lifespan of the items (and care for the environment).

For linen products such as bedding and cushion covers we recommend a machine wash at 30-40 with no chemical detergents and avoid tumble drying.

Please send us an email at info@sorbetliving.com with your requested changes (such as adding or removing items, updating an address or payment card), and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

You can cancel your order for any reason up to the point of dispatch, by requesting a cancellation through your Sorbet Living account. Cancellations made within this time frame will receive a full refund onto the original payment card within 30 days.

Our items are made by artisans with great care, and while we hope you love them as much as we do, we understand there may be occasions when customers wish to make a return. Please return your unused item in the original packaging to our address below within 28 days of receiving it and email us to advise whether you would like a refund or an exchange:
